Replacement of Clay Pipes in Riverdale
When I discovered I had to replace my clay pipes I was concerned, although I knew it had to be done. Although it was not cheap, and I assume if you shop around you may be able to get the job done for a little bit cheaper, I doubt you will receive the customer service that was provided by this company.
Drainworks walked me through the process step by step and was professional every step of the way. When I had questions, they were quick to answer and understood that this was something I had not planned to do originally, and was a little overwhelmed by the scope of the job. When all was said and done, I think they did an excellent job in just a matter of days. They cleaned up after they were done and followed up to make sure there were no problems.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.
