Neighbours recommended we call Drainworks to clear our blocked sewer line. From the first phone call everything was clearly explained, politely and professionally. The whole process was quick (an hour or so), less painful than the dentist - and cheaper. The cause - visitors were disposing of baby wipes in toilet instead of garbage.
