Mattrew was the 3rd plummer from a different company to come out to unclog the tub drain in 3 years. He was the only one to provide simple yet preventative advice to avoid such frequent clogs. The stopper mechanism in tub faucet was catching everything on the way down the drain but Mattrew suggested removing it and using a simple rubber stopper. That advice alone was priceless!
