Drain Works Plumbing

I've called other plumbers in the past, but not one of them made an impression on me. That was until yesterday.

Our main basement drain backed-up and pooled sewage in the basement. It was awful--the entire house smelled of rotten eggs and, well, you can imagine... The yellow-pages led me to Drainworks, they arrived precisely when they said they would, and finished the job exactly as described. Most importantly, the "certified drain technician" Matt Achinski was courteous and detailed in his explanations of what our problems were. He neither spoke over our heads nor did he dumb it down - he used plain language and talked me through what he was doing. Finally, in an effort to save us money, he suggested I do a couple of things--which I did and saved money!

I'm extremely happy with my Drainworks experience and won't hesitate to call them again.
