investigate a smell from drains
We had a funny smell in the basement and so we called Drain Works. We had used other plumbers in the past, but never anyone who had earned our repeat business.
Armando arrived when he said he would and not only provided the drain service, but when the drain camera failed to reveal the problem, Armando kept looking until he found the culprit- a hidden clean out valve that had lost its cap- UNDER the washing machine.
Once the job was (quickly and efficiently) done, Armando even cleaned the floors around the area where he worked!
