I'm an active handyman and rarely call in trades to perform work in my house. I was extremely hesitant to call a plumber when I experienced a slow drain. However, after days of effort and $150 of rental equipment I reluctantly admitted defeat and called Drainworks. It was the best decision I could have made. Lou arrived the same day as promised. He was friendly, knowledgable and very attentive. He listened to what I had already done and used this information to suggest a course of action that got straight to the problem. He took the time to explain his actions and never tried to upsell me a service I did not need. I am very impressed with Lou's knowledge and professionalism and would not hestite to call Drainworks again if another plumbing problem arises.
