basement pipes and drains replaced
We have a 60+ year old house that we are replacing the original old ceramic pipes and drains in. The week prior to Drainworks coming in, we had another local company (who was recommended to us) come in and do the work. After one week we had a leak coming from an area that should have been brought to our attention but was not. Therefore we did not know this area needed replacing as well. Drainworks came in immediately, used their camera to determine the problem, fixed it, (part of which was the other guys joining two pipes of differend sizes with a Mcdonald's bag and cement..where's Mike Holmes!) left a clean house, re-inspected, explained thoroughly. They also answered my other questions about wet basements, what things we could do in the future with the other pipes and drains in the basement that need to be done!!
These guys know their stuff and care!
