We've got an old house with a single ancient toilet that likes to get itself backed up. This is a bad situation.
We've had DrainWorks handle this for us twice now. The process is simple, the price is stated up front (two quotes, one if the toilet doesn't have to be removed, a second if it does -- as always, the toilet had to be removed), the staff are prompt, skilled, with a truck full of tools and parts, and a sense of humour. These guys do a great job. We'll continue hiring them, without worries, for everything that we need done that they can do.
Terry Cord, the owner/founder of DrainWorks used to do general contracting work. He did an outstanding job for us then, and he's carried those high standards of his into this business.
