Plumbing- Checked line, replaced faulty pipe, cleared blockage
We have had Drain Works in a total of three times now. Each time we received efficient service. What we particularly appreciated was that they took the time to answer all of our questions and to show us what the problems were and how they would be fixed. This meant that we really felt that we understood what they were doing, something that I feel is often lacking when dealing with contractors. It was nice to feel like I was making an educated choice.
What we also appreciated was that we were not pressured into having any work done. What a breath of fresh air! We will be having some further plumbing work done in the future and the only people that we will be having in to do this work is Drain Works. I would like to particularly thank Mike Dunn; he was in for two of the three jobs and went beyond the call of duty. A really friendly, professional and responsible guy.
