I contacted DrainWorks after an experience with another plumber left me frustrated, dissatisfied and with a toilet that was still plugged.
From the first phone call the team was both professional and helpful. They listened to my account of my troubles, asked pertinent questions and even found a way of fitting in an appointment to accomodate my work schedule.
I received two previsit calls announcing that the service man was enroute.
The spcialst(Armando Gatti) could not have provided better service. He once again listened to a review of my siuation and explained what he was goign to do in a way that I could understand. He ensureed I was aware of the process and costs up front so there was no misunderstanding. There was no muss, no fuss. He did his work eficiently and professionally leaving m bathroom spotless and my toliet running freely. He was the perfect mix of personable and professional.
