Matthew, the technician, was professional, well dressed and gave me the time to answer my plugged drain questions. He wore boot overalls when he came into the house, too. He gave me several options to handle the partially blocked drain, which is much appreciated. It is very useful to know all the options so one can make a wise decision. The only thing he could have done better is to be a little more patient in answering my questions. He seemed a little frustrated & short with his answers, especially as to why the drains could not be hydro-jetted without removing the main building trap on my house. His answers made no sense to me, and I have been doing pre-purchase home inspections since 1986 and was a City of Toronto Building Inspector before that. Overall, a great company and great service. It was very informative to see on a monitor the complete insides of the underground drain with the "video snaking".
