Installation of 2 new Drain out spouts outside.
On Wednesday evening July 2, 2008 - Our basement basin sinks and floor drain were backing up in my basement. Thank good for a backstop in the floor drain or I'd have bigger issues.
That evening I came accross homestars and found Drainworks. Everyone, from the CSR's who answered the phone at midnight, to Armando who showed up at 730am the next morning and supervised the diagnosis, the project and the repair team he brought in were very professional and friendly. Even though there was a language barrier at times, they worked hard, kept my front yard clean and didn't get to bothered by my nosey neighbours.
They did their best to minimize damage to my front bricked steps as the Y shared pipe and trap was beneth it. No damage done at all.
They did a fantastic clean up! The front was back to normal with a few hours. Armando even initiated the city grant process (no word back yet, I hear it takes a couple weeks). I have recommended them to my friends for future issues.
4 weeks now and no backup or flooding.
