Drain Works Plumbing

Our storm drain backed up and flooded our basement with the thunderstorms on June 13/14 (Friday/Saturday and Sunday June 15.

I called DrainWorks on Monday AM and they said that they'd have a technician over in the afternoon. Mike Dunn arrived Monday afternoon, earlier than promised and diagnosed the problem as a plugged storm drain that was causing the water to back up into a floor drain in our basement. He arranged for a repair crew to be there the next morning to complete the unplugging & repairs.

AT 08:00 Tuesday Mike was there again, moments later Evegenyi & Igor arrived and began to dig. 2.5 hours and 6 feet later they had removed the plugged storm drain, which was exactly where Mike said it would be.

They installed a couple of clean outs and backfilled the excavation, leaving my yard exactly as they had found it. While Evegenyi & Igor were backfilling Mike offered to 'check up on the rest of the drains in the house.

They were done by about 2:30 PM. The work was done as promised and for the price quoted and i had the peace of mind of knowing that the rest of the drains in the house wre in pretty good shape.
