Sewer drain scope, partial clay pipe replacement & jetwash

From the moment I called in, to the close off, Drainworks performed admirably. They were professional & clean, and always explained in great detail what they were doing, and why. I commend Jeremy, Lou, Eric and the dig crew for their great work.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Nothing that I can think of. Every person that approached my door came in uniform, and with a business card. Each person (including the call takers/dispatch) was professional and courtious...even down to the red booties so they don't get the floor dirty.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- When you have a backed up drain, if you snake out the clog, it could very well be a temp fix, and the problem may return. By using the scope instead ($100 extra) I was able to see exactly where the clog was, and why. I plan to keep my house, so I requested that the broken clay pipe be replaced. Drainworks will give you their opinion, but ultimately it is the home owners decision.
