Mike arrived promptly, and quickly determined the cause of my
backed up drain. He first recommended the cheapest way to
clear our drain - and it worked, so no further charges were necessary.
He and his partner were courteous, polite and personable and took the time to explain the workings of our drainage system and made suggestions on how we could avoid trouble in the future.
I really appreciated his honesty and his desire to ensure our complete
satisfaction. I would recommend him to anyone with a similar problem.
