While drainworks is probably one of the more expensive companies to use, their service and workmanship is fantastic. I've used them a few times, including this latest job which involved digging up our basement to replace 20 feet of plugged clay pipes. Dealing with them is always a pleasure and they're super professional, courteous and go the extra effort to make you understand what they need to do. They are always on time and will stay late to finish a job if they need to, as was the case this time for us. Also, their cleanup of the site is fantastic which I really appreciate.
Overall, their customer service and guaranteed good work is worth the extra dollars.
