Drain Services review in

Over the past week we were getting overflow in our basement. We contacted the city and they could not zero down the problem. Matt our DrainWorks professional was great. He outlined all the steps was open to talk to and did a great job.
The issue :
Roots caused a block of our system with paper compounded the issue.
Solution:
Camera the clog
Snake it and then again camera it again to confirm.
