Called them to have a cracked p trap on a wash tub replaced, which is attached to a sump and NEEDS to be flowing, or else I'll have flooding. (The p trap was broken when I attempted to snake it - the snake drove through the rotted metal.)
The technician who came by insisted that my home drain was clogged, and that he would need to snake the entire drain system out to the road. (You could SEE the hole in the p trap.) Once I insisted that he only replace the p trap, he finally got to work.
When I came to check on what was taking so long, I found that he had opened an access panel on the wall, and broken the cleanout access on the pluming stack. When I called him out on it, he insisted it was broken already (it wasn't, I had just been working there) and that it needed to be replaced, along with the entire drainage under the floor, because the stack was too small. (The stack serves one sink - by code it need only be a 2" line, which it is.)
Now I'm stuck replacing 6 feet of drain line, plus redoing the trap attachment from the was tub, simply to fix what the "technician" broke.
Don't use these people.
