The work was done quickly and efficiently. The area was left clean by the worker. He was friendly and answered any questions we had. The original quote was what we paid, no extra charges. the service was friendly from start to finish and the supervisor who quoted the cost and later came back to tighten the toilet down was very cordial. We rent our hot water heater and didn't have a problem for 5 years. The service is great, the rental cost covers the tech. visit and parts. The service and repair was fast, from the time it stopped working to having hot water again was about 3 hours.
