Drain Rescue Plumbers

Customer service was awesome - always called to make sure someone was on their way and the workers were quick and on time. A little on the expensive side but enjoyed the service.

Replacement of clay pipe from basement to public road access to sewers. Expensive - they quoted and completed the excavation and replacement work much more quickly than their estimate predicted. However all completed well, and basement / driveway left tidy.

After arangments were cancelled twice by another plumbing group costing me two days pay I called Drain Rescue and received immediate service. They gave me an time and horoned it .
Great Service

We had a sewer backup and called Drain Rescue. They arrived in 1 hour, scoped the main drain and diagnosed the problem as a clogged, damaged cleanout valve. This was replaced the very next day. 8 months later I had a concern and called for their opinion and review. They arrived within 2 days, and solved my minor problem for free. These guys provide excellent service and we really appreciated the after-service attention we received. Highly recommend!

Basement drain backed up resulting in all pipes right out to the street requiring digging up and replacing

Vince was able to unclog my washing machine drain better than another company that tried. I'm very happy with this company and would hire them again for any plumbing issue.

it was a long weekend they fixed the problem temporarily and got everything together and came and fixed it permanently all was done very cleanly and friendly

Blair discussed all options available to us and did not pressure us I to any decision. His work is excellent and he is very polite. I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work.

UPDATE: When I left my original review, I was super impressed with the service I received from Drain Rescue. Unfortunately a week later my shower was filling up with water again, and it's been downhill from there.

I called Drain Rescue and explained the situation and arranged for someone to come and check it out. I spoke to the technician I was surprised when he mentioned 'he hoped I knew I would be getting charged again'. I asked why, since the issue clearly hadn't been resolved his first visit, and he told me there was no guarantee on his work and my overflowing shower 'wasn't his problem'.

I was at work and wasn't about to start arguing with a total stranger who clearly wasn't in the mood to be helpful, so I let him know not to bother and that I would take it up with Drain Rescue. He responded by hanging up on me!

I sent an email explaining what had happened and asking for a refund for the original service and got an response the same day saying they would look into it, but it's been a week now and there has been no resolution.

I really hate to leave a negative review for a company, especially since one rude employee shouldn't be a reflection of everyone who works there, but I sent another email this morning asking what the status of my complaint is, and haven't heard anything back. I feel like this is the only course of action that will help get this issue resolved.

I left a 2 instead of a zero because the same day service was really convenient. I'll update again when I hear back.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Very happy with the service I received today. Drain Rescue had someone at my house to fix our clogged drain within two hours of me calling and even let me know when he was 30min away so I could leave work and didn’t have to waste time sitting at home waiting.

The technician was friendly, professional, and got the job done in record time. I am so I impressed having woken up with a plumbing issue that it’s all sorted before it’s even time for lunch!

My shower drain was completely clogged. I tried all sorts of liquid plumber type products to no avail. I called them and they sent a guy over same day, within a couple of hours. He fixed the problem in no time and gave me tips on how to avoid the problem in the future. Great service!
