We experienced a professional and friendly service when we hired Drain Rescue to unclogged our main drain. The job was done quickly and we were offered many options of payment. This was our first interaction with that company and therefore, we were a little reluctant to give the service 10 stars. If, in the future, we experience the same quality of service, we'll definitely give the Drain Rescue company 10 star rating.

sumpump problem remove old one and install new one with fixing all the suraround pipes

we had 3 times water flooded basement and each time we have bring someone to fix the sum pumps but it happen again and again
we bought a new one hoping that will fix the problem but no way there was something wrong with the system and at the last storm in July we called your company they was so prompt to come review the site ( for free) give us a quotation which was reasonable
the work takes a few hours and from this day we are ok with any storm no flood again

Toilet replacement

I required a new toilet and was not able to be at home for a delivery and then home again for installation. I was very pleased that Drain Rescue plumber Brian was able to pick up the toilet for me and install it quickly and efficiently. I have used Drain Rescue for many jobs over the years and have always been impressed by their work and their consistent professionalism.

Kitchen faucet.

id not replace it. charged 425 plus tax to change the inside o-rings for it to move. Plumber did not listen to anything, he did want he wanted. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE. still waiting for the receipt. He fixed it fast in about 20 min it was all done. on top of that they called and changed the service date twice. very unprofessional

Company Response: Customers opinion and satisfaction is very important to us. Unfortunately the information above is incorrect, landlord was not present at the time of faucet installation, duration of installation is also incorrect as technician was there with the tenant. Landlord has not seen the new faucet that was installed and we have a receipt as a proof of new supply purchased and installed at the location. We take pride in our services and would like to have only true information in customer's feedback. The service was provided in professional way and the problem that customer had called us with was resolved.

Brian (Technician) is very hands on and he did the best job. He was very patient and diligent.
At first, I was scared of what my bill would be, but my bill was very reasonable.
This company will surely be hired again by me if I require a plumbing job and I'll surely recommend them to my friends and family.

Snaking Kitchen Drain

The tech from Drain Rescue did a great job. He was quick and efficient. He even wore protective booties over his shoes to protect my floors and he also cleaned up the dripping mess from the pipe he needed to open to do the snaking. Would definitely recommend Drain Rescue to anyone.
