While cooking Thanksgiving dinner, our kitchen sink backed up. After dinner the cabinet below flooded. Peter from Drain Rescue was prompt and pleasant to deal with. He gave us 2 options to clear the blockage: to snake out the pipes at $285 or blow them out at $1800....we chose the less expensive option.
Peter completed the work quickly and efficiently and our sinks are running clear again.

Kitchen waste clogged my basment drain. I had called another company who did not send a technician when promised or call back to set up a new time. Called Drain Rescue the next day. They were punctual and the technician was fast and kept the area clean. He also snaked past the main blockage to make sure nothing was caught further down the pipe. Happy with the service and would use them again

My 85 year old mom had a toilette leak at her home, she called me at 7:00 am. I quickly went over just to find out I could not even shut the water off in the entire house. I googled a plumber in the area. They quickly came over, within an hour and fixed it right away. The plumber was great, he explained what he had to do, gave me suggestions for future proofing leaks, and even took a quick look at another toilette in the house to ensure it was working properly...great work!

Had visitors causing heavier than normal bathroom useage. Sewer backed up into basement. They came quickly found issue and partially cleared the issue. Felt pressured into signing for expensive sewer replacement. Digging out the section containing roots- about 9 feet deep by 5 feet long in lawn. $4500 for 6 hours 2 people, no special equipment was silly.
Dont sign- get other quotes.
Work was done well.

late in the afternoon discovered the laundry tub was plugged and backing up. Phoned Drain Rescue, and surprisingly received an appointment for the same evening.
Technician arrived on time and solved my problem very quickly.

Our sewage ejector pump in the basement blew up, basement was flooded and of course we called Drain Rescue in panic. They gave me an priority appointment based on my urgency, Dwayne (the technician) showed up on time, diagnosed the issue in 2 minutes flat and calmed our panic in another 30 seconds after that. Then he scheduled Wayne (another technician) for next day (because it was a weekend and Dwayne couldn't procure a pump from the supplier) and work was done professionally, on-time, with zero hassle from us.

Same day service, professional, on time, hire the company 3 times and each time was a good experience!
