Drain Rescue Plumbers

What a disaster working with this company. They came to fix a broken sewage pipe that runs under my front lawn. I spent $3,600 on this (less than a day’s work), so expected good service. We couldn’t live at home during this work as we couldn’t use the water. When we got home, the stone stairs up to my front door were destroyed. After calling and emailing the company to have them fix it, Vanessa (answers the phones) flippantly said that her people couldn’t have done as they weren’t working in the area. I then sent her a series of pictures of dirt from the lawn all over the stair area (as well as before and after pictures), proving that her people were in fact working in that area. She ignored me for a week. I finally get her on the phone a week later, and she says that it wasn’t their fault, and that it must be related to bad foundation in the house, or weather. Unless I had video evidence that her team did it, she wasn’t going to do anything about it. And her senior team was too busy to talk to me or call me back. I’m really most disappointed that a company with decent reviews online treat their customers this way. Tread carefully using them, and if you do, make sure you have eyes / cameras on them at all times.
