Master bathroom shower fixture broke. The water flow would not stop. The water supply for the whole house had to be stopped until a plumber could come to resolve the problem.

Plumbing review in

Andrew reviewed the fixture at midnight the evening of our problem report. He took pictures of the fixture to research the replacement part (mixer). He returned the next day at noon. After 30 minutes of removing calcium build up and installing the mixer, the problem was resolved.
