Along with most of the city my pipes froze. Blair arrived promptly thinking it would be a simple warming job. Four hours later having crawled through the bowels of my house to find the broken pipe the job was finally done. Blair could easily have brushed me off saying the job was too complex too dirty would take too long. All of which was true. But he didn't and after two waterless days I could finally shower again. I cannot say enough good things. He even called back a few days later after another double digit below zero spell to make sure things were okay. Service above and beyond.
