Discovered our toilet was blocked. Went online and contacted an emergency plumbing company open 24/7 guaranteeing plumbers arriving in 1 hour. After 3 1/2 hours and still no plumber went back online and contacted Drain Rescue Plumbers. Plumber arrived in an hour and by that time it was near 2:00 am. Got the problem solved by 4:00 am and by this time it had been a 17 hour day for him! Polite and determined and sincerely concerned. A real professional! It was refreshing to experience such a client-centric serviceman who had the customers best interest at heart.
