We had a backup in our septic system. My partner called Drain Rescue. The did a camera inspection but claimed we could not turn the water back on. They charged $ 350 for a camera inspection. A camera inspection is normally a video inspection. They refused to show the images. When their so called crew arrived only one person showed up to do the work. They replaced the pipe between our house and septic tank and left the last 6 in. of pipe to the thank unchanged but this was rotten. The area of our home has overhead lines not underground power lines. Our gas lines enter the house from the front lot and don't go to the back at all. Their technician requested locates which was a total waste of $ 700.00 of our money. Their staff even opened up the pipe location before the locates was even done again a total waste of money. We asked them to refund the money for their camera in exchange for the unnecessary charges. They refused and claimed if we did not pay they would take us to court. A sign of poor communications, over priced and threatening service. Their staff also arrived late. What no recommend these people to anyone. The true cost of the service would be in the range of $ 1,400 to $ 1,500.00 I am a professional engineer in a similar field nobody charges this high a fee. Unfortunately my wife panicked without getting other pricing. So these guys take advantage of customer situations.
