Drain Rescue Plumbers

I had a sewer back up, and drainrescue sent Matt to assess the problem. He initially found a problem in our pipes and recommended the change. The crew came on scheduled day and completed the work to my satisfaction.
However, we had two more sewer back ups, which means the initial issue (although it was important to replace the pipe) was not the reason for the back. After the third visit, Matt determined the back-water valve was the issue as it was out-dated. He made recommendations, as well as went above the norm in going through what we need to do to prevent other backups. Matt has VERY helpful. However, we had some issues for the crews in getting the back-water valves replaced, and ended up rescheduling to another day. The other crew came as scheduled, and completed a good job.

Overall Drain Rescue has provided excellent customer service, but I did experience some issues, which is why I didn't give the full 10. But I would like to say Matt has been EXCELLENT, as well as the crews.
