Sept 27th I contacted drain rescue because our floor drain was backing up whenever sufficient water was expelled from our washing machine. Within 5 hours Denys was at our door and diagnosed that the problem was due to the original clay drain pipes separating and shifting causing blockage in the line. He identified the problems via his camera and I could see the ghastly results. He did manage to get the system running again and we knew it would only be a temporary fix. We decided then and there to get the problem resolved permanently. Drain rescue arranged for all the locates and they were on site within 30 hours. The job took three days but the care with which they operated was exceptional. The crew headed by Alexi was superb and the cleanup was outstanding.
I would highly recommend Drain Rescue to any of my neighbours if they should be in need of this service.
