We were billed last year several times for services we did not want and had said "no" to. This year we informed the company that we did NOT want their services. They sent a guy anyway... we informed him we did not want his services... they sent another guy the next day... we have phoned, we have told them in person when they arrive... and yet they still come. We will NOT be paying for any more services from them this year - no matter how many times they come.
