We contacted these people and they agreed to pay a visit. After 2 days I found a bill at my doorstep. I called them and asked what the bill was for since I dont have a front yard and my backyard was locked. The lady explained that not only a technician entered my backyard but also spoke to someone on the property. I and my husband kept explaining to her and at least 5 different people in their company that they never provided any service. Its amazing that everyone told us that they are taking our complain but whenever we called back we got the response that the note was simply that the customer was not happy with the service and no mention of actual complaint.
Then someone started calling from all types of different numbers at all times of day and kept asking for payment. Most of the time they will not identify themselves.
I would recommend to everyone NOT to use their service at all.
