This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
I had service and it was not done to my satisfactory so I cancelled for the next season. Low and behold the still showed up to perform service even though I cancelled. I immediately called told them that I was no longer a customer. They say thanks and cancelled. Then they called to collected. After arguing that I never really ordered the service I stated ok maybe it is fair to pay and they settle for a smaller amount. Seemed fair. Since then they have called 4 times looking for their balance. Each time they end up agreeing that I don't really owe it. Who ever runs this company is definitely into for the short term and to all those great young people working there I would start to look for other alternatives!!!!!!!!

Hey Roy, I'm not sure what specifically caused you to cancel your services, but the only way you can cancel is through customer service. You can either email them, call in, by mail or going on our website. We try to make it as easy as possible for our costumers.
