We are delighted with the service that Robert Yamamoto gave us! We ordered a beautiful new stair carpet on Dec.10th, knowing that it was unlikely to be installed by Christmas. However, Robert surprised us and had it installed on Dec.24th. Their attention to detail was fabulous -- a flawless installation. We shopped around but Dominion had the best and most stylish selection by far. We are enjoying our new carpet, and recommend Dominion highly.

Dominion replaced a carpet that was flawed and where the manufacturer refused to extend the warranty. This was done five years after installation and they covered the complete costs. The new carpet was placed in our bathroom and was done to our complete satisfaction.

Dominion is a true local mainstay - a small store that's packed with high quality and reasonably priced wall to wall carpeting options. Robert was very patient, not pushy and really spent time ensuring we were going to be happy. They did our entire house three years ago and when we had a flood in our basement this spring, I called Robert and he sent a truck out to pick up the rugs for cleaning right away. Excellent service!
