Our experience with Dominion Rug was just terrific from start to finish. We needed carpeting for our stairs. The sales person (Robert) was helpful at the store. They had someone out to measure the next day (nice guy that called first and when we didn't answer - drove by, saw a car and rang the bell), they ordered the rug a day later and installed it in 2 weeks. It had to come from California.
No hassles. No one was late. Didn't need to follow up. Just, plain, simple, great service top to bottom. (at the same time we were/are dealing with a big box store - that has been a total pain in the butt...
