Glad we could help out! It's important to address minor problems before they become major, and a little bit of rain won't stop our service crews! Thanks for the review.
Thanks so much for the kind words. We've put a lot of work into refining our telephone and repair service processes over the last little while to make it easier and more efficient for customers, and are delighted to have addressed this issue for you. We greatly appreciate the recommendation as well!
Thanks for taking the time to review our service, Matt, and for the recommendation! The access at this property was a bit tight but the service tech did a great job addressing all three areas to complete the repair. Please let us know if you experience any further issues and we'll be happy to address them.
Thanks for the review, Nimesh. Glad we were able to accommodate you and address the blown off shingles in advance of the heavy rains. We've got you covered!

We're sorry to hear that your experience with Dominion has been less than satisfactory, but on a new build project the responsibility for deficiencies lies with the builder and is based on the specs they provide to the various contractors who participate in the project. It's often unfair to homeowners who are not made aware of the procedures for deficiencies with a new build, so they end up contacting the contractor(s) directly for assistance. Unfortunately, many contractors do not offer assistance in these cases, leaving the homeowner to find other ways of dealing with the issue. But Dominion has and always will do whatever possible to help the homeowner. In this case, we offered our Tune-Up Service, which is a flat rate service call and includes the shingle repair you referenced, any other minor repairs that are able to be done on-site, and a complete assessment of the entire roof. The service is designed to not only attend to minor repairs right away, but also provide a path forward for the homeowner if issues/deficiencies are of a larger nature. You declined the Tune-Up Service and opted for a negative review of a company that simply tried to help. Have you checked with the shingle manufacturer about any warranty? There have been several cases over the last few years of defective products that are allowing homeowners who have such products on their roofs some recourse from the manufacturer. This might be something to look into...
We are sorry to hear of your experience with Dominion, however, it's important to note that on a new build it's impossible to reuse old materials since no materials existed on the site in the first place (thus the project being a "new build"). Homeowners also need to be aware of the warranties associated with a new construction project that are provided by the builder - not by the company/companies contracted to install various elements of the home (i.e. plumbing, drywall, roofing, masonry, etc.), especially if contractors are required to follows specs set out by the builder. It's a bit of a grey area, so we encourage all homeowners who purchase directly from a builder to thoroughly review their documentation and understand what recourse they have in the event of an issue. Dominion is always happy to attend to any issue related to our work, and we would have been happy to do so in this case if a call has been received for a service visit to the location, rather than simply writing a poor review of a service that was never performed.
