Reliable, fast and did not try to upsell

Richmond Hill

Our garage door broke. They came within hours. Turns out we just needed a new keypad. Got that-no attempt to upsell. Also fixed some loose bolts without extra charge. Very friendly, professional and efficient.

Car hit garage door as it was opening - it was bitter cold outside - Dodds answered my call immediately and was at the house in the afternoon... Repair completed in 45 minutes - service man was experienced and friendly.. Very satisfied

Great sales call. Left the meeting knowing I was making an informed decision on a high quality product professionally installed.

The best garage doors ever. Very quiet and elegant look. Best service. Especially the guy who installed it for me he did a wonderful job. The only problem I'm having right now is somehow I cant connect my door opener through wifi. But I will give them a call and see how they can help.

Love the new door!

Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Toronto

Sales rep was very knowledgeable & processed my order quickly & efficiently. The door was professionally installed within a two hour period & all old material was taken away. The door is very smooth operationally, quiet & well insulated. Quality is very high & I would highly recommend Dodd’s to anyone that asks. This is the 2nd door I’ve purchased from them at two different houses.
