I had a garage door opener that was scraping my hatchback trunk. The lady on the phone suggested I send a picture, that it sounded like something they could fix. I sent the picture, and they liaised by email, gave me the quote and the fellow came and cut off the metal part that was scraping the trunk, in under 5 minutes. Very personable guy too!

Simple fix in the hands of a professional. My garage doors were not functioning properly. In a short time my system got a tuneup, my sensors were properly aligned and both doors now work as they are supposed to. Service tech was very professional, prompt and courteous

Excellent customer service, came right to my door with color samples and door styles for me to choose from. Installation a few weeks later was fast, clean and efficient. Would definitely recommend this company 100%!

Excellent work, with their communication to keep me posted on the schedule appointment and what was required from me to make sure the work environment was ready to start the job. After coming from work, I didnt even know that the schedule was today as the work environment was clean and the garage door and opener but perfectly functioning and impressed of the clean area that was left.

My controller shorted out and my garage door was cycling up and down. I called Dodd. They came out quickly and replaced the controller. The Dodd employees who came to my home were courteous and professional. They explained the problem to me clearly, quickly made the repair and offered me the old parts.

I contacted Dodds Garage Doors after seeing a sign in my neighbourhood. The salesperson who came to give me a quote was knowledgeable, friendly and there was no pressure whatsoever. The gentleman who came to do the installation was quick and the door looks excellent. He even follow-up the next day to ensure that the old door had been picked. When I indicated that it had not, he looked into it and within a couple of hours it was gone. Office staff is also very friendly. Would (and have) highly recommend.

They came very quickly and fixed the door in one visit. The tech also fixed the under-door pad, avoiding replacement. The experience was great. I would recommend Dodd's to others.

We are very pleased with our new garage door, Dodd’s made the whole process super easy. No complaints whatsoever. The estimator came over on Saturday which helped a lot with our busy schedule. The installer was very professional, organized and clean.
