Paulo did a very good service. He was honest and friendly. Did not upsell me but instead assured me he can fix it and I can extend my garage system a bit longer.

We initially had an issue with the original door bubbling in the sun, it was identified as an internal insulation problem that has now been addressed with new formulas and procedures.
Mustafa was incredible scheduling the replacement as soon as the company was satisfied the finished product would be issue free.
On Feb 22, 2024, Zaza came on site and breezed through the installation by himself in no time. He did an excellent job installing the garage door and then did the capping. He was extremely professional, has great attention to detail, organized and great finish on the capping.
He made sure the doors were level, and installed another control panel for the door opener.
Very thorough and overall a very pleasant and knowledgeable person to deal with. I would highly recommend Zaza for anything relating to Garage Doors and Capping, if you can, I would ask for him as your installer.

I got this Garage door installed in Feb 2022. It worked good for about 1.5 years. Last month in Dec, 2023, the bracket attached to top of garage door came loose breaking wood. I called company for service as Mike claimed it life long warranty on parts and service.
They send service where guy attached bracket to the top of garage door in metal channel ( original install was in soft wood not metal bracket) and then company sent me invoice for $ 200 + even though they claimed it to be lifelong warranty.

Michael (quote) very knowledgeably answered every one of my questions, without hesitation, explained everything I needed and also what I didnt and found a door that could be installed almost immediately that had features, warranty and price that I was hoping for. Installation, thanks to Mustafas scheduling magic, happened at the exact, proper time in the construction. An important piece was missing from my existing opener and Mustafa found a way to make one available at no extra cost to me. Yuri installed the door and electric opener as if they were a part of an art installation in his own garage. No corners cut, every detail attended to! Clean up was impeccable; no garbage left on site. Anat (office) gave generously of her time to warmly assist in some post purchase jitters. I had three quotes at the outset. Dodds was not the cheapest but Im so pleased to have chosen the absolute best company to work with!

Quick, efficient service from technician:
Arrived at the time agreed to from Hoead Office via email, diagnosed problem and replaced the door controller as well as added an extra e-opner.
Also lubricated the door springs mechanism.

This corporation's size is too extensive to genuinely prioritize the concerns of a small homeowner. I highly recommend opting for a smaller business instead of Dodds.

My recently installed top-of-the-line Platinum series Garage door (Estimate# 198240630 & Invoice# 201191198), equipped with various warranties and support, was installed on 8/25/2023. The garage door exhibited multiple damages upon its initial unboxing (pictures attached). I reported the damages to the installer, acknowledging that accidents and damages can occur during shipping. The installer assured me that all damaged parts would be replaced.

On 8/29/2023, I contacted Dodds North York, detailing the damages, and was instructed to send pictures. They communicated that they would order two damaged sections, expecting them to arrive in 4 weeks. They assured me that they would then schedule a technician to replace the damaged sections.

After 6 weeks with no updates, I made multiple calls to determine the parts' status. My project coordinator finally informed me that the glass panel frame had arrived and scheduled a technician for 11/15/2023. I clarified that it was not the glass panel but the entire two sections that needed replacement due to multiple damages. The coordinator dismissed my concerns and insisted on the technician assessing it.

On November 15th, two technicians arrived, acknowledged the need for two sections instead of just the glass frame, and assured me that the project coordinator would contact me about the next steps. Today, on December 5th, no one has reached out to me, leaving me uninformed about the parts' status. There has been zero communication.

Having invested in a premium garage door with warranties, enduring 3 and a half months with a defective door and no information on its resolution is disappointing. Dodds' expensive doors are hard to justify with this level of service. I'm exhausted from making multiple calls, only to be told that the coordinator handling my file will reach out shortly, which never happens.

If a 0-star rating were an option, I would choose it. I urge others not to fall for this brand and their deceptive warranties and false promises.
