Worst experience having my furnace repaired. I called for service as the furnace stopped working. The first service call was scheduled for the evening of Saturday October 28. The diagnosis was a new blower was required and the earliest it could be scheduled was after the weekend. The next visit was scheduled for Wednesday November 1st (5 days without heat). That's when the problems started. First, they didn't have my correct contact information even though I signed up for a protection plan. The technician couldn't reach me that he was there. I had to call the call center and they told me the technician was present. I rushed over and the technician informed me the original diagnosis was incorrect and the blower was not required. A different part had to be ordered and new appointment set up. It was set up for Thursday November 2 (6 days without heat). The problems continued. The appointment time was changed by Enercare without consulting me. Then, when i got to the property, the technician was there but the part hadn't arrived. Now the appointment has been rescheduled to this evening and I'm still waiting for the part to arrive. I have serious doubts the heat will be on this evening. Going to be cancelling all my protection plans with this dysfunctional company.
