On Jul2,2017, there was no hot water in my house so I called and got the appt booked for the next day afternoon.... Danny McLeod was my technician. He came and cleaned the filter... and it was done quickly and simply.
On Jul8, 2017 my water heater didn't work again but this time there was an error code 79 (which I didn't know because I thought it was 79 degree) and beeping. I called and got an appt booked in the afternoon. Charles Blaise was the technician and he found the water in the tank... Somehow with the heavy rain and the wind changed direction last night, it blew some water to the tank via the exhaust pipe... Charles took the time to take it apart, clean it up properly, spent the time to diagnose it properly... and fix it. He did it with such a dedicated care and I was impressed. I would definitely get him again.
All in all, with these 2 unrelated service calls, I was impressed. This is a big change from Direct Energy... Thanks to you both Danny and Charles.
