'Jay', I think this is his name, was absolutely thorough in his inspection and cleaning of the A/C and checking on the efficiency of the furnace, and for levels of various gas, particularly carbon monoxide, emissions, etc. While you may think that this is what these service technicians do, I have found that in our years of being customers of Enercare (previously Direct Energy) almost all them are excellent techs. That I have singled out 'Jay' as he seemed one who is exceptional. He was fully engaged in the way he went about his tasks, was in no rush (as sometimes happens) and gave me a thorough debriefing of his findings both fro the furnace and A/C. He was also courteous, and punctual and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. Thank you. Another thing occurred while he was here: he had a call asking him if he could possibly take on an extra job although his visit to our house was his last assigned for the day. It had a sound of some urgency to it and Jay did not hesitate to accept it - with a smile.

Now, that's service! And an endorsement for the company he works for.
