While we have had favourable experiences with service technicians, I would warn everyone to be careful in dealing with the accounting group. We were overcharged on a recent bill by $127 and despite the fact that the money had not yet been deducted from our account, we were advised it would take two full billing cycles to have our account credited. Most people know there us not a system that cannot be overridden but when you have a monopoly you seemingly get to bully your customers. If you are approached to upgrade your protection plan (s) .... which we believe are worth it .... make sure you get IN WRITING promises made. This was our issue.
