We have a service contract for our 2 year old AC unit. My husband has a medical condition which makes A/C mandatory. the unit is not working properly. I called for service. No available appointments until Sunday. This is despite their promise of "same day service". I was told that this is "what they intend", not what they do". Asked to speak with a manager and was told there was no one available. I am looking for a new company. This is unacceptable for the money they charge for the service contract.
And this time it is a running toilet that is supposed to be covered by the plumbing maintenance plan. they are unable to fix it until a week from now due to "special circumstances". Awful, awful service, and yet they expect to be paid on time!
- Approximate cost of services:
- $40.00
- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
