I own my furnace, rather than renting it, and I have a monthly service plan with Enercare to take care of maintenance issues when they arise.
When my furnace started making noises, I called Enercare and hoped they wouldn't just try to sell me a new furnace instead of fixing the one I have.
The booking agent I spoke with was friendly, and offered me same-day, and next-day options for when my service appointment could occur.
The service tech who attended my home was neat, communicative, and friendly. He performed his repair quickly and neatly, and most importantly, without the $800 price tag such a visit and repair would cost without the service plan. Good work.
