He presented me with a written, reasonable quote to fix my problems. He explained exactly what he was going to do, gave me his timeline, and ASSURED ME THAT THE JOB WOULD BE DONE CORRECTLY. His crew worked diligently throughout the unbearable heat and humidity outside, and during the torrential rains they worked inside - all the time they were pleasant, courteous and accommodating. If a day of work was missed for some unforeseen reason, John brought in extra workers to catch up on the job. Overall this was a positive experience for me and I am very happy with the results.
