Dial One did a great job and were very professional.

At the onset, Joe was very responsive on the chat. He answered all the questions that I had for him (and I had a LOT). He also helped me with selecting the correct vent covers for the external vents that I had to order since they were broken.

On site (at my home), Amjad did an amazing job. When replacing the external vents, he also cleaned it completely, including removing the nests that birds had made in them. He did a very professional job throughout the house and explained all that he was doing at every step. He made sure he cleaned everything and took the appropriate measure to ensure that there was not much dust. You could see that he had a lot of experience doing this.

I moved to a house were the previous owner had 3 cats, for this reason I figure I wanted to get a duct cleaning service to start fresh. Dial 1 was pretty professional I booked them a month in advance and the showed up punctually in the house. The cleaning service was efficient the took the time to explain everything they were doing, they were pretty transparent and efficient. Will for sure call then back in 2 3 years time to do another one.

Aiman showed up early and despite our furnace room being difficult to access from outside, managed to get everything taken care of smoothly. He had a good attitude throughout and did a great job. I recommend him.

Worked without any damage to our walls or woodwork. After, he showed us a video of the dirt in our vents and how it was blowing out, and finally how clean the interior was.
