I was very pleased with the customer service I received from Designer Window Fashions. John was helpful, pleasant and delivered the goods when he said he would. He also gave me a reduced discount when I asked him to. The man who installed the blinds and curtains was also very cordial and pleasant. In all, I had a very positive experience and wouldn't hesitate to use Designer Window Services again. By the way, they were also much less than another company I inquired about.
