Dripping faucet.....full lifetime warranty to original owner not honored...they said 10 year limit..normal wear and tear....blah, blah....none of this is written on my original warranty paper...will never buy a Masco product again!!!!!!

Masco customer service took care of us by supplying two brand new faucets to replace ours! A shining experience worth sharing.

Installed delta faucets in master bathroom on both sinks, shower and bathroom. Installed matching bathroom accessories. Both sink faucets leak and finish has deteriorated. . These are lifetime warranty, we provided new homeowner documents as requested, see update, owner of Masco responded with action.

We are having problems with our Delta Touch2O faucet and I have tried on numerous occasions to contact Masco Canada, the Canadian distributor for Delta. To date there has been no direct contact with anyone from the company and no resolution of the issue.

Nice shop with lots of choices. I bought 4 washroom faucets and 1 kitchen faucet, which they are all cheaper than the retail stores. Comes with full warranty. Good buy from them.

Our contractor found us a double sink that was within our budget and then we found at Rona, a Delta faucet that was on sale. That made our day worthwhile.
