Delta Air Systems

I purchased a home in Cambridge that had electric baseboards and no air conditioning. I decided to convert it over to gas but had no idea who to call. I had 4 different companies give me a quote but went with my feelings that Delta Air would be the better choice. I just want to say that I made the right decision on choosing Delta Air. Jason, Steve, Colin and Shawn were terrific, very polite, everything was explained every step of the way, the clean up was done daily, very trustworthy I can't thank them enough as I feel they went above and beyond what I had expected. I would not hesitate to recommend them anytime.

Scott Padfield has now assisted us with 2 new furnaces, home and cottage. Very knowledgable, efficient, friendly and didn't miss any details. Everything was installed perfectly, and his follow up call is within days to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We would recommend Delta and Scott to anyone, and in fact already have.

My furnace died (in Winter of course). Delta was there and walked me through my options that evening. Furnace installation happened two days later and was completed professionally and to spec.

I needed a new Furnace as the existing one had a crack in the heat exchange, and so Delta was one of the companies I got in to receive a quote. Scott was there the following day and explained everything in detail and since we had mentioned a couple of "problem areas" in the house (ie- master bedroom is always cold in the winter), he included a few other things they could do to help with airflow in the house. Very impressed with his summary and his quote.

Decided to go with Delta and had Dale, Matt, and Shawn in this week to do the work. They were quick and efficient and took the time to explain everything that was going on as well as how to work the spiffy new Ecobee thermostat that was installed.

This morning I got up and our bedroom was the warmest it's ever been with freezing temperatures outside. Really pleased with the service and the price, and would highly recommend Delta to all my friends and family.

Just recently had the task of replacing my HVAC equipment in my home. From the initial meeting with Jason Adlys to the complete install everything was professionally presented and handled. I was given numerous options to select, and the install team of Shawn, Steve, and Colin were on time, and did excellent work during the entire process. Not only did they do what was required for the install, they even fixed a couple of other "out of compliance" issues during their work. I would recommend Delta Air to anyone, and would like to thank the mentioned staff personally for all of their excellent work and professional guidance during this process!

As of this install, I will look no further than DeltaAIR for all my future heating / cooling needs. A huge thank you goes out to Jason, Tammy and all of the installers that got us up and running when our furnace died a few weeks back.

The install was tedious to say the least, and required quite a bit of work to get the new setup up to the new regulations, the guys pulled it off flawlessly.

We are very happy with Delta Furnace and Air conditioner. It is very quiet and the house is much warmer than before. The staff at Delta could not have been more helpful from the quote right down to the installation. They were very professional and friendly, made sure that all the mess was cleaned up and advised that if we noticed anything to give them a call and they would come back out to check our new system.

Had a problem with my AC/Furnace, where the AC would turn on, alongside the furnace. Called Delta, they were fantastic, the manager called me directly and told me to read him the model number over the phone. The technician offered me several ways to fix it, replacing the Thermostat was the easiest way. Again he gave me a few different alternatives, he was very friendly and gave me some tips on what to keep an eye on. Only reason the cost was so high was that I wanted the high end (wifi connected) thermostat. Despite having no knowledge of HVAC systems I felt like they were there to help, and not just extract money from me like other companies I've dealt with in the past. When my AC/Furnace eventually need to be replaced, they will be my first call.

It is to soon to review the quality of the furnace as it has only been 20 hours, also the new AC unit will not be needed for months however, I am strongly compelled to give an initial review based on the strong customer service I received from the two installers. The senior fellow was so calm, experienced and dedicated to making the install perfect... 'fudging' it or using spit and glue is not his style. I stayed home and discreetly hovered as they completed each part of this major job. They did not cut a single corner, even when nobody was looking. The junior installer was as energetic as he was friendly. They have clearly worked together a lot as they could almost read each others mind. Dale and Matt did an excellent job, if a door was opened it was immediately closed, all floors covered, areas swept, garbage removed... if it was not for the shinny, quiet furnace and the giant AC unit in the backyard I would not have any proof they were here. Add 50 dollars to my bill and take these two men out for beer and wings.

When our 24-yr old furnace died in November, Scott Padfield arrived the next day. Scott provided excellent service by making the best recommendation for our home (not the most expensive). He took time to review our options, explain the pros and cons of each, and answered all our questions.
The installation team was on time, efficient, clean and professional.
We had heat restored in a matter of days.

Scott's service was so good that we called him the following summer to ask about how to install A/C in our 150-yr old home. Scott again provided several options, and made recommendations that preserved the old character & feel of the home, while keeping us cool.

Thanks to Delta we're comfortably warm and cold 12-months of the year.
