Delta Air Systems

Coming home to a cold house was just the start of my problems. After having a few different companies who said they could fix it, only to come back to me hours later to tell me they could not I called Delta Air based on a recommendation from a family member. After touching base with them they worked around my schedule to have someone come out. I knew the furnace could not be replaced so they quoted me for a new furnace. I was pleased that they did not just push the most expensive option but gave me 3 options and very detailed descriptions each so I could make an educated decision. I wanted to sleep on it and they were happy to comeback the following day for another face to face meeting to answer any questions I had and finalize the order. Being a no heat situation and this was a Friday they offered some smaller heaters to keep my family warm through the weekend and were able to install on Monday. The great experience did not stop there. The install team was very professional and polite, and once the install was done spent time with me going over all the changes they made (older home so some venting changes to bring it up to code were needed and were explained at the initial visit) They also went through and explained the new thermostat and stayed around a little bit to ensure that everything was working as expected. They were nothing but professional and polite the entire time and did a great job cleaning up after the job was complete as well. I will not hesitate to recommend Delta Air to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy and professional company who sells a quality product.
